Return Policy

Returns:

All the merchandise we sell is 100% authentic. We would never sell any merchandise that is anything other than manufacturers original and authentic. You will never see any merchandise that is a “knock-off” or considered “fake” sold by SneakerManiaNY. All our merchandise is shipped double boxed. That means the original manufacturer’s box, which also includes all the original tags and labels, are protected by an outer shipping box.

 

Return Policy:

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from SneakerManiaNY, you may return the merchandise unworn and in the same condition your received it in; which means in the original manufacturers box along with the original packing material, any extra laces (if applicable to your particular merchandise) for your refund. If the manufacturers box is missing, taped, mutilated or defaced in any way we will charge a restocking fee. All returns must be made within 90 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
All items purchased from SneakerManiaNY. have free return shipping provided up to 90 days from the date of delivery. Please request a free return label on via our  Returns Form  All requests that are past the 90 day return period will not be accepted. We cannot extend our return policy beyond the 90-day window. Any orders that are sent back to us beyond the 90 days will be refused.
 
Damages: 
If an item has been received damaged and before you leave any unfavorable feedback, please allow us to make things right for you. Just contact us through your our contact us page and then fill out the  Contact Us Form. Let us know how we can help you and we will reply to your inquiry in a timely manner.

Order cancellations:
There may be times when an instance may occur during busy times or with very popular or “hot” items that an order may need to be cancelled. If this were to happen, we would cancel your order and issue you a refund immediately. You will receive an email informing you the item is "out of stock" and that a refund has been issued. Credit card payments can take up to a few business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
 
Packages lost by shipping carrier:
If your expected delivery date has past and you suspect your package has been lost, please contact us Using the Contact Us Form or email us at info@sneakermaniany.com. We will promptly respond to your concern. Please allow up to 15 days for us to investigate. If the carrier determines the order to be lost, we will offer you an identical item replacement or refund you the full purchase price including your original shipping costs.


Exchanges (if applicable):

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email to info@sneakermaniany.com or use our Returns Form and expose your case. Then we will provide further instructions for the return process depending on your particular case. After you are cleared you can proceed to send your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
